Joe Lynch selected to stand in Heath Ward by-election for the Conservatives
Voters in Heath Ward will head to the polls on Thursday 30th March. The local Conservative Candidate, Joe Lynch, will be heading into the by-election with the aim of standing up for residents and taking the fight to Labour on issues like ULEZ and Controlled Parking Zones.

It is an honour to be selected to stand for the Conservatives in Heath Ward. Labour have let local people down and I aim to put them straight. With ULEZ being extended to Dagenham, the Labour Council should be standing up for residents and refusing to work with Khan. However, they have decided to agree to let ULEZ equipment be placed on Council property. Locally, Controlled Parking Zones (CPZs) are being proposed, despite a large amount of local objections. The Labour administration has turned its back on democracy, this election is a referendum on just that. Democracy!
